Those are a copy of numerical IDs, not the alphabetical IDs. The alphabetical IDs are not yet implemented into NBT data, even in 1.8. A future 1.8 snapshot may implement them. /enchant has the list of alphabetical IDs, but are converted back to numerical in terms of NBT data, so you cannot use alphabetical enchantment (nor potion) IDs yet in /give or the like.
